Killer Concept: The Slasher (F13 Chapter)
This is a concept for Jason I started working on today. It's not finalized yet but I do want to know what people think of his Power and the way his Addons work in particular

Sounds like you're being heavily inspired by the F13 game, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but there could be IP problems with it.
You have some interesting ideas with the addons, but some seem a bit too powerful and it's also should be considered how it affects the other sides playability.

Yes, I am using the F13 game as a refrenence for the addons because the way they added the Jason was cool and I thought it could work in dbd aswell. I do agree some of the addons are a bit overboard

Also seemingly with the powers from the F13 game, like for instance Morph - which basically is a very similar power to hags trap/teleport power. I think those powers might actually be better as addons, rather than powers.

So what power would you like for the basic Jason to have? Something similar to Shift?

I think that would be a good fit.
The abilties could come into play through addons:
- Sense - Unlocks his aura reading ability during the activation of Shift, and lingers for 1/2/3 Seconds after Shift ends.
- Stalk - Reduces his terror radius to 0 during the activation of Shift, and lingers for 3/5/7 seconds after Shift ends.
Power: Jason's Revenge (aKA Shift):
When Shift is activated though using power button, Jason de-materializes (becomes invisible) and moves at great speed for the duration, however moving into pallets and walls stops Shift immediately and awards a rage token, doesn't stop addon-effects from working. If Jason isn't moving when Shift ends, it counts as not having moved for the duration.
Whenever taking a stun, Jason's Revenge receives a rage token, up to a maximum of 5, each token represents 5 seconds.
Activating Rage can be done by pressing the ability button, which enrages Jason, while enraged Jason receives a temporary bloodlust 1 speed bonus, and can destroy pallets and walls by walking into them without getting stunned. When the effect ends the ability goes on cooldown for 45 seconds, but can still receive rage tokes.
.... I will add more to this. But it gives you an idea of what I'm think down the lines of.
This will basically be making him one you don't want to stun, because it only make him more dangerous. Not sure at what speed precisely Shift should be working at, but definitely a very high speed similar to what you'd see in the F13 game.
I can see how certain perks, like Insideous would be good on him, same with Endurance.

I quite like the idea, I will try to add Shift as a main Ability instead of Morph, I'll see if I like the Token idea for Rage though as I also enjoy my idea of becoming a beast at chasing the whenever you feel like it. Great ideas though

Becoming a beast at chasing, you say? Isn't that exactly what I've suggested would make it - a beast at chasing?
I would say so, having an activatable ability that instantly gives you bloodlust tier 1 speed boost, which can be activated at any token level - this essentially makes it a beast at chasing whenever one wants to. And not only does it give a speed boost, but also makes the killer a shredder of pallets and breakable walls who's unaffected by the drawback of destroying these, even the speed of destroying these is greatly enhanced compared to when you normally destroy pallets, because you're literally moving through and whatever speed you're moving at. Also, like I mentioned, this guy isn't one you'd like to stun, this also means stunning through flashlights or DS'ing, or any other type of action that causes a stun... I'd say that what I suggested is probably even a greater beast at chasing because this one simply handles that aspect a lot better.
...and Shift not only helps with fast traveling but it also helps in chases, because you could literally use it to intercept one or break from the chase using it, to apply pressure on another survivor or general area.
I'd say, there should definitely be passive token generation over time, so it can be used even if not taking any stuns. Also, both shift and rage should not be able to be active at the same time, so activating Shift during rage, would stop the rage, but stop consuming more rage charges, until rage is activated again.
