Perk Search option and bloodweb suggestion

Perk Search option:
The number of perks in-game keeps increasing and it's harder to navigate to pick certain perks as fast as possible. That's why I would appreciate something like a search box in which you could type the name of a perk and quickly pick it without searching. It would be incredibly convenient.
Bloodweb suggestion: I won't defend it strongly since it's rather my personal opinion but after investing so many blood points In many characters I'm rather exhausted to constantly click and slowly unlock all those stuff. I would rather have set that I would need to unlock using a required number of blood points. There could even be two sets and you would have to decide which of those two you would want to unlock.
