Hex: Suffer for Success
This perk creates a hex totem. As long as the hex is lit, any survivor who succeeds in a repair/healing/sabotage skill check will scream, revealing their location.
Agonizing Mistake
After being hit with a basic attack, the survivor will automatically fail their next next repair/healing/sabotage skill check.
Balance: Several perks trigger on failed checks, but intermediate and advanced survivors rarely fail checks. This would create synergy with those perks and create a tad bit of slowdown/information.
Scourge Hook: Blood for Blood
This perk creates 4 scourge hooks on the map. Each time a Survivor is rescued from a scourge hook when you are at least 32 metres away, Blood for Blood triggers. The rescuing survivor loses a health state. If they are injured, they are broken for 5/15/25 seconds.
Balance: This is comparable ot Make Your Choice. MYC works on any hook, but the survivor makes no sounds of pain/blood and doesn't have to spend resources healing. Both perks still require the killer to be 32 meters away, preventing this from being a camper's dream.
