Nurse Stutter on Double Blink

It only seems to happen when gates are open, the two times I had this bug I was running NoEd, sloppy butcher, thanatophobia. Addons, the wooden horse and plaid flannel.
Basically, when you blink and charge your second blink it gets stuck on the animation and hardcore stutters repetitively with a weird audio and visual glitch. Cannot get a second blink, attack or any other animation until it stops stuttering and puts you in the recharge animation.

Happened to me recently. I was stuck in this animation until I released blink ability button. I blinked into the boon totem, so maybe it has impact to nurse's ability
