PTB Totem Perk Interactions?

I was wondering if anybody has tested or knows how the new killer perk Hex: Pentimento works with other totems perks.
- Does it allow a survivor to get more than 5 tokens of Counterforce?
- Does it allow Small Game to get more than 5? (Small game actually has a number on it so it should be easier to see)
- If a resurrected totem is blessed by a boon, what happens after it gets extinguished? Does it become dull again or does it get consumed by the Entity?

If you bless a dull totem, at least during the first PTB round, it is destroyed just like it has been blessed.
