So. Many. NOEDs.

Survivors are dicks to such an extreme amount.
If you want to butt dance at the gate, and camp it until you get your chase out, now you gotta earn it, now I guess.9 -
That's pretty much the entire point. It's supposed to waste some of your time and slow the game down.

Still haven't had noed activate yet, killers are just wasting perk slots0

This sounds like a good time to use the counter to the perk, if indeed you encounter it as often as you claim.

Run small game or detectives hunch1

Well right now i'm running kill- & 1-hit Perks, which includes H: NOED.
I'm not sorry though, i run into Self Cares & Decisive Strikes every match.5 -
The devs have always been talking about adding a task that survivors would need to perform, but most teams always do all the totems anyway, and count then out as you find them. If they made NOED built-in to the end game, and increased the totem count to 7, or 9, that would definitely slow down the game. Also, the number of totems could be based on the rank of the killer. The higher the rank, the more totems there are. I like this idea as both a killer, and a survivor.

I love it. If I get steamrolled by a swf group, it usually allows me to to turn a 0k into at least a 1k. I love when they tbag and get shot down, then hooked.
If I am lucky, I can drop one more too and hook em.
If they would have just run out, it would have been g-over....But no, they had to get those last few blood points and try to run it in. Lol.2 -

its the same as before. And yeah 5 totems are really tough to cleanse, taht means every survivor has to cleanse one and someone even has to cleanse two, insane right1 -
NOED hasnt been buffed

Technically, it has. All ranks have exposed instead of rank 3. So I mean, its a buff.. .That statement is inaccurate. Tier 3 NOED has not been changed in any way. Tiers 1 & 2 had the exposed effect added, while reducing their haste increase.

That's what NOED was like before - the effect that people actually wanted wasn't available until the very last tier of the perk. NOED was simply made useful at lower tiers.
Was it buffed? Technically yes, if you also ignore that they took out another portion of the perk across all tiers.
Is it significant? No.2 -

Also, self care only on rank 3 I would be ok with. After playing both sides, yeah sc is nice, but it (imo) promotes less than optimal ganeplay. People arent as worried about getting hurt while body blocking or chasing because they can just run off and heal up.
Either way, unfortunately you can earn points and dump them into any character, so being stuck at rank 1 isnt really an issue...and I now realize how it wasnt actually buffed. Touche.0 -
