happened a lot using this perks, the obsesion dc on purpose so i can't use this perk , can you make the obsesion tranfer to another player after a dc? sorry for bad english 😅

There are ways to transfer it, but it requires hooking the obsession. If the obsession is dcing I think it is pretty much just stuck
