Please Help I got banned for 24 hours.

• Description of the issue: My game crashed several times I don´t why.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): While I play the game or in the lobby my dbd crashes.
• How often does this occur: all the time.

I formatted windows, reinstalled the game twice, verified the integrity of the archives.... i don´t know what to do anymore.

Almost every (even small) update of Dead by Daylight corrupts its files, so you need to check them every time through Steam.

What's the point to recommend people to appeal and they will get a automated reply without help? Or someone looking I to the case?
Might as well not give hope and recommend an appeal.
With the amount of bugs every single patch and a lot of bans because of it... Why not cut people some slack like we HAVE to cut some slack to this company... Ever...time..

As has been advised, please post in the tech sub forum for assistance on why you keep crashing/losing connection.
DC penalties cannot be lifted, you will have to wait out the penalty.
