Xbox DLC keys work on Windows' Microsoft Store too?

Title pretty self-explanatory, but to explain a bit more:
If I buy a key for example, Spark of Madness, can I use the DLC on Xbox AND the Windows edition?
(incase someone's confused on what I mean by the Windows edition)
