Do Boon totems work with open handed?

    That wouldn't even make sense. Open Handed raises AURA READING RANGES, not lack of aura reading ranges. Or totem range.

    Open Handed increases the range you can see auras.

    Boon perks work within a range irrespective of auras.

    Open handed has no interaction with that. You can see boon totem auras no matter how far away you are, and it wouldn’t impact the totem’s range.

    I think I understand the confusion. Most games call persistent AoE effects auras which is what Boon Totems are. However for whatever reason Dead by Daylight doesn't call those auras. In this game, auras are the colored outlines of generators, survivors, the killer, hooks, or whatever that you can see through walls. There aren't any Boon totems that show you auras of anything so Open Handed doesn't effect them.
