crashing game and annoying sorry window

did anyone found out the reason behind this?
i was waiting me 20 minutes to start a game, finally got my lobby full and suddenly crash to desktop! getting this black window saying sorry with some log and an option to send it....
its getting so annoying and i really wanna know WHY?!
