List of underappreciated survivor chase perks
We all know exhaustion perks are "The chase perks" but there are quite a few more perks that have really cool effects which can be very usefull in chase.
I wanted to post about some of them I know and hopefully more people will add to this with things I've forgotten or don't know.
I'll be mainly focused on perks that enhance looping in some way, so not perks that help end the chase or their conditions are a bit too clunky to get value out of them mid chase.
Object of obsession - The overall effect itself can come in handy when you face killer with aura reading addons/perks but mainly the obsession part can be pretty good in chase since knowing where exactly killer is through walls is more important for survivor then it is for killer so you can't get mindgamed and utilise your distance as best as possible.
Resilience - Faster vaulting is always good, 9% is actually quite a lot and can be difference between hit or miss.
Self-Aware / Fixated - I've learned of this very recently but fixated actually enables you to fast vault any window with minimum movement (It's a large part of why I'm making this thread). Here's a link to better explanation with examples
Spine chill - not only does it stack really well with resilience for overall 15% vaulting but it's actually very complex chase perk which can tell you when killer is mindgaming or not / if it is ranged killer, when they're aiming at you.
Properly using spince chill is also rather hard since you need to keep an eye on where you're going, on the killer and also on spine chill to see when it's active.
Urban evasion - One of the most niche ones but besides the stealth aspects of it, it's actually useful on occasions where you're against mainly ranged killers who you need to dodge via crouching mid chase so you lose less distance if they're also trying to zone you so you can't just spam crouch. Also helps to evade trapping killers with traps that don't get triggered by crouching like hag or PH's trail.
Window of opportunity - Disregarded as training wheels perk for survivors who don't know pallet spawns but it's so much more. For survivor, knowing precise positions of all pallets around you withing 32m range is actually huge, you can use this information to waste as little rescourses as possible without the risk of entering a deadzone by maximizing distance between you and killer, always going for the furtherest loops you can reach.
I love perks like these with unusual effects that players manage to utilise in chase even if they weren't meant to be used that way. I wish we had more of them.

I run "silent" builds pretty often for the fun. They realistically aren't that good as they usually aren't making a difference against killers that are actually good, but they're memey and make things more interesting.
Iron Will, Balanced Landing, Quick & Quiet, Dance with Me, Self Aware. Some combination of those.
Stack on your Claudette with her camo gear and throw on Saloon. It's got some of the best bushes for insta vanishes.
Wish they'd give a little buff to Q&Q and DwM. Cut the cooldowns further and increase the scratchmark hidden duration on DwM.

I used to always run Lightweight. I know a lot of people think it's a garbage perk, and it really doesn't work for close chases or looping, but if you can get some distance it can help the killer to lose your trail.
I don't use it that much anymore, but still bust it out from time to time.

Deception and head on go well together apparently...
Never tried it before, myself though.

Deception and Fixated are amazing perks. People under utilize or don't realize their full potential. The amount of times they've saved me in chases or simply even with killers just coming to a gen to find someone, and you're just outpacing them around a rock, they don't see anyone and leave (lol) so you simply just get back on the gen.
