My Overcome build. share your opinion
The build is - Overcome, Inner Strength, Lucky Break, Iron Will.
The idea behind it is to avoid being chased while injured and if you are lucky enough you can heal yourself back up right after escaping from the killer.
Inner Strength have to be ready at any time.
You stun a killer right after getting a hit, or running in a way the killer lost track of you.
Immediately you go to a nearby locker and heal yourself. if you are quick enough you can use Lucky Break twice.
Do you think it can work on good killers?

I’d go with COH or a medkit instead of inner strength to preserve lucky break for longer

Yes, it can work. Keep in mind it's still gonna be very situational. I'd still bring a medkit, though.
Or, I'd swap Inner Strength for CoH and use the speed boost to go to the healing area.

Overcome doubles your running speed by 2 seconds while injured.
