I still dont get it. The sabo changes are realy nice, i agree. But i still dont understand why they removed the toolbox efficiency. I mean, they wanted to buff saboteur then they remove the toolbox efficiency. They wanted to nerf Self-care and there's still medkit efficiency. What could replace this is a "Streetwise" buff like change 10%/12/15% to 20%/35%/50%.

They made it 3 times more efficient baseline. Why would you still need the efficiency?1

Because if you’re smart and you cheat the system by using the toolbox to 99 the hook then perk sabo it, you’ve got some wicked black magic right there that breaks the game0
