slugging at 5 gens

People using survivors doing gens fast as an excuse for slugging...at 5 gens. OP isn't complaining about slugging at mid/late game, they're complaining about killers that seem to be aiming for a 4 hook 4k when not a single gen has been completed.

So all 4 survivor get downed and somehow, it's the killers fault for playing better than the opponent.
Amazing. stuff

Don't forget the huntresses as well!

Could still have been a super cheese nurse build
Probably the only killer who actually wants a Game offering. If they get unlucky it's 15 seconds of wallhacks + instadowns on a killer who can cover 80% of the map in one blink...and it's undying lmao
I have seen teams pretty much wiped out in the first ~20-30 seconds of a game starting with this build more than any other build in the game lol

If the killer manages to slug all four of you at 5 gens, its because you let him slug you, not because the killer wanted to slug you. YOU LET HIM.

I have downed all 4 survivors quickly with Bubba, sometimes they just swarm you and spawn together and its game over before a single gen is done. Most of the time one will DC though, especially the first to get chainsawwed.
I dont even have nurse at lvl 50 but most of my killers are p3ed, I dont play nurse

Yeah but that's actually their fault. Nurse just kind of teleports on top of your head from outside of LOS and instadowns you with that one.

Are you high MMR?

not really at all, strong killers like Nurse with infectious fright/startruck is not that weird to see or blight with alchemist Ring...and thats how they play and they love it, is not about playing bad, why do you think even in cringy ass tournaments some builds arent allowed? is not always about "dud, should of played better, get better dud so that wont happen" literally some people dont even think. Strong killers are the ones doing that cause they can when using some very strong perks allowing them to do such things with minor effort.

Wow this was a necro. Threads literally half a year old.
Also you know when the last time I saw this happen with any killer be that nurse or blight with alchemists? Literally almost a year ago and I play way more than most people. You're exceptions to the rule are very, very rare and not even worth mentioning. What I said before is still accurate. You are not getting nurse or blight with that happening almost ever unless ya'll are way, way outclassed or you just played terribly. If you are getting 5 man slugged at 5 gens y'all probably need to have your mmr lowered because you're at the wrong level.

This.
I can't tell you how annoying it is when I have a few of survivors just decide to sit nearby and then seem shocked when I don't try to leave because I know they're there. If you walk into me, I'm gonna m1, it's not that complicated.

If you get slugged at 5 gens then you are a terrible survivor lmaoo
1 -
If all 4 survivors get slugged at 5 gens it sound like they just played terribly.
6 -
if 4 people got slugged at 5 gens, you had zero chance anyways let be real.

Why? The point of the Killer game is to kill.
The point of the Survivor game is to escape.
Do you decide not to open the exit gates if you pop 5 gens too fast? Do you think of the Killer's fun when you loop him for 80 seconds & 2-3 gens pop?
No? Then why should the Killer have to stop trying to win just because he's winning too fast? It's not his fault that the entire Survivor team misplayed so badly that everyone is slugged at 5 gens. So why should he suddenly decide to risk an L by letting everyone get back up and play?
Why is 'my fun' such a Survivor-entitled excuse to shame Killers or demand they play badly?
Edit: This is what I get for seeing a reply to click back on, and not seeing it's date. Oops.

As Survivor? I'd better not be.

Survivors who body block and sabo at 5 gens. Why? just curious.
Answer: Pressure.
3 -
I'm more curious how all 4 survivors get caught close enough for that when the match is just starting and they have literally all of the map they could be in. I understand a whole generation has become attuned to the message that friendship is magic, but delegation is King.

is this even possible

Only if the Survivors play badly, which means it's the Killer's fault for taking advantage of it. 🙃

I wonder how often survivors complete 5 gens against a baby killer who got no hooks and actually feel bad for them? Or do they just bully and teabag them to make sure the experience is even more depressing?

so i only play killer/survivor until i hit rank 1 on both of them each month. when i play as killer an effective strategy to double pip is to always secure the maximum number of hooks and get 4 kills. to do this it helps to slug (especially the last 2 survivors) to avoid any hatch escapes. not sure why you'd need to slug more than two at 5 gen; seems like bad killer or trolling.

Lol. I guess I’m lucky not to get slugged. That ######### does suck.

I've always thought this. Sometimes you spend longer waiting for a match than in it. Not fun when it happens really..

If I manage to get 4 slugs at 5 gens, the game wouldnt of lasted long anyway, nor would it have been fun for the otherside if I dragged it out
1 -
To me it's quite fun. If the opportunity presents itself, I'm happy I was able to win a game fast, even knowing it's more because of their mistake than my skill. After that, I can quickly move to another game, probably more challenging.
Also, I've noticed some complaints in this thread and I must say that once more: there is nothing wrong with tunneling or camping early. There is no rule preventing you from doing it and you don't have to take it easy, just like survivors don't have to take it easy on you. It's okay as long as there's no toxicity, and using a strategy to win is not toxic, even if it's not fun to the other side.

There's no difference of sitting on hook and your teammates just ignore with no good reason, no ruin in play, 2 on a gen, one getting chased, SOMEONE CAN COME GET YOU

Imagine thinking the way you play as a Killer is dictated by how many generators are left.
I wanna see threads now about how Survivors need to chill out doing gens if the Survivor doesn't have any hooks. Oh. Wait, right. Because that doesn't happened. Survivor Rulebook for Killers, 9th Edition.
