My demogorgon is gone, even though I owned him

What the title says, my nancy and steve are still available but for some reason not my Demogorgon? I did own him and played him every once in a while. Anyone else having this issue?

What platform are you on please?
And did you purchase as a DLC or characters separately with Auric Cells etc?
