Hit validation is what???
If there is hit validation why do I hit someone, watch the blood, hear them scream and then get the speed burst off into the night unhurt? Shouldnt hit validation terminate all that confusion or am I just simply ignorant and missing something?

The game provides instant feedback from the day's of P2P connection. Removing the blood and scream would require everyone's games to be paused while the service decided.
Also if they dash forwards, it's because they used Dead Hard.

Game gives you feedback from your POV. You see blood etc., but actual hit is decided by server.
Issue is that if everything was decided by server, then your feedback like sound etc., would be delayed and it might be kinda weird to play with that.
I think this wrong feedback is big issue, but I don't think they are able to fix it.

No, dead hard is a short dash, this is the speed burst when you get hit, I am fairly aware what dead hard looks like, or at least I thought I did until this madness...lol

It does it's job "apparently", but it can't eliminate that visual (bug?). You shouldn't be penalized for it though.
Besides that we all know hit validation is just in place to let survivors who use pallets and dead hard too late get away with their poor timing 😔.

You know, it just puts powers on cooldown because the server decided that hit never happened. So radical.

That doesn't happen with validation...

Hit validation favor survivor because they are beind by 1 sec compare to the killer that why you see you hit the survivor but for the survivor he use dead hard before he could receive the hit so they have the priority

I mean, when the killer is VPNing on 350 ping and then they can no longer hit you through a pallet and around a corner while being 30m behind you, I wouldn't say it's only there for low-skilled players.
