The killer: Drowner
The killer would look like a fish humanoid. He would have fish scales all over his body.
Heres are the monsters from Witcher 3 and Darkest Dungeon to help in visualization.
Killers name: Thomas Clark
The killer's lore:
Thomas Clark was an Oceanographer, Explorer, Veteran in scuba diving, and a respected member of the world of science.
His publications contributed to the increased interest in research on the oceans and seas. He was an inspiration and many wanted to follow in his footsteps. He discovered many dangerous and endangered aquatic species, and he never ceased his achievements.
Once, from an anonymous source, he received information about ruins sunk in the Atlantic Ocean. Although the information seemed uncertain, he was planning a trip to these areas anyway, so he used the information and the map he found at the door of his property, which he had promised to give him an anonymous informant. When he dived into the marked area, he couldn't believe his eyes. There were indeed ruins there. When he searched them, he found something like an altar with an old trident beneath it. There was an occult altar worshiping the old gods. When he touched him, a shrill sound came from him. It was unlike anything he had ever heard, it was not the sound of either human or animal. He tried to swim on the surface, but his body froze. Scales began to appear on his skin immediately, his teeth turned into fangs and his nails turned into claws. Once he had ceased to look like a human being, his body began to shift from a liquid back to a solid-state until it was all over.
He became an acolyte of the gods of the depths, and the world never heard of Thomas Clark again.
Weapon: Trident
Abilities:
Special ability:
Ambush from the deep: You possess the ability to trap the generators, chests, and lockers. When a survivor starts repairing the trapped generator, gets out of the trapped locker, or starts searching the trapped chests the trap activates.
After activation, the tentacles are summoned which holds the survivor.
The survivor is forced to break free from the tentacles ( it takes 8 seconds of holding the left mouse button or 4 seconds if another survivor would try to break you free ).
The trap notifies the killer.
The traps don't hurt survivors.
The traps cant be destroyed or be seen by survivors.
The traps don't disappear after time.
The traps are only activated when the survivor is in the killer's terror radius.
To trap an object you have to approach it closely and press the secondary power action button ( left ctrl ).
Generator Traps and Chest and locker traps are counted separately.
You can always put up to 4 traps in the lockers and chests.
The generator traps are reduced when the survivors fully repair the generators.
When 5 or 4 generators are left to repair you can place 3 traps.
When 3 or 2 generators are left to repair you can place 2 traps.
When 1 generator is left to repair you can place 1 trap.
When a survivor fully repairs a generator and your maximum number of traps are reduced instead of instantly losing your oldest placed trap, your oldest placed trap will disappear after 30 seconds.
The time of the tentacle hold of generator traps is also reduced
with a lower number of survivors in the match.
4 survivors = 8 seconds.
3 survivors = 7 seconds.
2 survivors= 6 seconds.
1 survivor = 5 seconds.
Power: Curse of the Eldritch
The curse of the Eldrich gods allows you to liquefy your form.
Your liquify form allows you to pass through windows and pallets.
After passing through a window or a pallet soak them with your fluids.
Survivors that vault through the soaked pallet or window scream ( in disgust probably) informing the killer of their location.
Soaked pallets are destroyed after the vault.
Soaked windows are blocked after vault for 16 seconds.
During Curse of the Eldritch, you move at 5.2 movements speed.
You cant be blinded during the curse of the Eldritch.
Leaving from cruse of the Eldrich form makes u fatigued for 3 seconds. ( Legion has 4 but his power injures the survivors, so I wanted to shorten it in his case )
Perks:
Piranha instinct: After hitting a survivor with a basic attack, you can see his aura for 5/6/7 seconds.
Ghost Ship: You created one fake generator. The generator appears normal to survivors and can be repaired. After repairing that generator the survivors scream, and the generator disappears. This fake generator when done doesn't count in the number of generators that were repaired.
After disappearing this generator grants a 35%/30%/25% progress to the generator with the most progress on the map.
If there isn't a generator with any progress then the bonus is lost.
Note: The fake generator grants survivors points for repair and all the toolboxes, survivors perks, and killer perks work on it.
Verrucotoxin: After hooking 4 different survivors Verrucotoxin activates.
If you will injure a survivor with your basic attack (m1) you will put him additionally in a deep wound state. After hitting a survivor with Verrucotoxin this ability is disabled for 40/35/30 seconds.
Survivor: Natalie Ward
Lore: She was fascinated by the work of Thomas Clark and wanted to emulate his career. She was a genius and no challenge was overwhelming, so she easily graduated from marine studies and obtained a license to scuba diving.
She, as well as many other people, wondered about Thomas' fate. It was strange for her not only his disappearance but also that of his boat. For many years she tried to find a piece of information about him, and finally, she also received an anonymous phone call and a map shortly afterward. When she and her crew arrived at the scene, a dense fog suddenly appeared and the howl of an unknown beast.
In horror, she and her crew watched as a scaly creature with a trident in its hand burst onto the ship. He quickly murdered the entire crew, but only she managed to hide, thanks to which she survived.
Perks:
Playing with Shark Jaws: When you gain exposed status effect you can see the aura of the killer for 5/6/7 seconds. When you are under an exposed status effect, the killer cant reveals your aura.
Challenge Seeker: You increase the trigger chances of skill check by 50%/75%/100%. Hitting a good and great skill checks gain additional 10% blood points to a normal skill check blood points bonus.
Breathing Training: Your breathing noises are reduced by 100%. Your grunt of pain is reduced by 0%/25%/50%.

I want to mention something but I don't want to make the moderator check my post after editing again so I will just type this here. ( Also I would like to edit some grammar mistakes but I will just hope that it won't pain you too much ).
You cant attack during Curse of the Eldritch. And you don't vault the windows and pallets, you just pass through them. The survivor who will vault the soaked pallet will block it after his vault, so you won't be blocking windows as the killer. The same goes with pallets. The soaked pallet will be destroyed after survivor vaults. This ability has 30 seconds cooldown. Windows and pallets that were soaked from this ability come back to normal after 30 seconds. I thinking about giving in 4 seconds of fatigue but I'm staying with 3 since you cant damage survivors. The fact that the killer cant be blinded during that power is possible overkill but I added it for the reason that the water reflects light. So I won't defend it from removing suggestions. A similar thing is with screaming after vaulting the soaked windows and pallets as well as screaming after disappearing the ghost generator. Screams are an accentuation of the fear of survivors.

Another thing: The trap hold time when reduced ( 7 and 6 seconds ) is also cut in half when your teammate helps your break free. So it would take 3.5 seconds and 3 seconds. If the Drowner doesn't have a terror radius, then his traps won't be activated.
