If you could remove one thing in DBD...
If you could remove one feature/thing in this game, what would it be? It can be any aspect of the game, any killer/survivor perk, map, gameplay mechanic, absolutely anything. What do you wish to not see in the game, even if it had nothing to do with balancing. Just something that either annoys you in general just because.

NOED is easy to overcome. It's always been smart to get rid of the dull totems. Now their is an even better reason to go after the dull totems with the addition of Boon totem options. As for Dead Hard I haven't seen anyone use it effectively in a long time.

Tapping gens to stop regression. In all honesty, this mechanic pisses me off more than anything, as it's utterly an unfair mechanic! Survivors should have to spend, at the minimum, 1 second on a gen to stop it from regressing. Nuff said.

Get rid of Nurse staring at the ground after a teleport, That “feature” is the most annoying killer mechanic in the game, it’s the sole reason I hate playing her. I don’t mind being unable to move after a teleport, but stuck staring at the ground 1/3 of the match is incredibly annoying, I can’t imagine anybody thinks that’s actually fun. Other characters like Blight and Bubba and Hillbilly are sometimes stunned after using their power, but the stuns are either less frequent and/or allow you to still see what’s going on.
I really wish they’d just let Nurse keep her head up while wheezing, even if her vision is still dimmed or blurred slightly that would be fine. And if that somehow made her noticeably more powerful then just slow her teleport refresh timer down a hair to compensate. She’d be significantly more fun to play.

Can I be vague and select an umbrella of objects under one term?
If so, poor hit boxes.
And by that I mean a combination of things from Huntress volleyball hatchets, to inconsistencies in the occasional Nemesis whip strike, to collision hit box inequality between killers and survivors.
I know long ago the devs said killers had the same hit (or rather collision) boxes as survivors when people argued that the difference in size meant survivors could keep tighter turns on loops. But after the prior presence of fat shaming in this game and current issues around totem snuffing, I keep wondering how true that is.

I play Ghostface a lot, and is definitely feels more cheap than usual when I face stretch res users with him.

Ik thats an umbrella term which is technically cheating but I think this game would be a lot more fun for everyone if we never had to worry about whether we'd have to invest energy into ignoring someone who is purposefully trying to make us miserable.

I would remove the survivors wierdo movement limiters and just fix the whole thing in general. In other words, no more spins/ anything that can be labled as "survivor/Killer Tech"

Maps large enough that most killers cannot possibly get across them faster than a gen can theoretically be completed.
Not just for the gen thing, it's just plain silly (and it feels like the only radius that actually functions with huge maps in mind is BBQ, since its info is riddled with enormous deadzones or "basically an entire smaller map")

Man, I'm happy someone else saw this and mentioned it- out of all the Killers that have came out, I swear it feels like most Killers after PH have felt so bland or just straight up unfun to verse since nearly all of them have powers that feel like they just boil down to 'Some form of anti-loop'.
(I believe the two exceptions to this are Blight and Twins. Personally I actually like versing Blights, I just wish they had more build variety haha. Twins is just... rough. For everyone involved.)

Some stuff is visually stunning but functionally a nightmare. I can not see on Autowreckers since the the rework, and have never been able to see on RPD because both maps were made so dark. As survivor I can not find totems and sometimes gens on RPD. or lockers on Auto. As a killer I can't see a survivor literally just crouching in a shadow on RPD. I want a mining hat perk with a light on it for my killer in that map.

For a swf group, I agree, Noed is easy to remove. For a solo group, not even close, hence why I want it gone.
As for dead hard, I've seen it used oh so effectively so much recently.

Blight. Idk How people think that atrocity is fair. You literally bonk into a wall and go to a side of a map to another in less than 10 seconds.
You outrun everyone and considering survivors hitboxes, if you miss a lunge it's just because you are just a blight in training to became another Blight main #########.
