Broken lobbies should be the main top discussion
I don't know how it is with PC but for console we constantly have to close the game out after every 1-2 matches due to the lobbies being broken. Either it shows other players still in a match or the player gets removed from the lobby but still shows them present and readied up. I don't know why we keep getting new content and perk/killer reworks when this is a serious issue that hasn't been fixed for years. It is worse now than it has ever been. Stop with the new chapters until you fix this broken, unplayable game.
Edit: I should mention that I play on Xbox. I assumed that this problem was for all consoles.

Which console, if you don't mind me asking.
I played a fair bit on PlayStation before moving to PC, and I've literally never seen this.
