It’s not officially being mentioned. The trailer said ‚November‘ though and should refer to live release and not PTB. Also it’s usually 3 weeks after PTB release if no major problems get in the way, which would also point to 30th

They haven’t announced a date yet, but generally speaking they do big patches on Tuesdays so probably next week the 30th is my guess.
