new freddy rework idea

what if freddy had his old power (pull people into dreams) then he has is new rework (gen teleport, fake pallets/dream snares, and the clocks) after he pulls people into his dreams.

I have something you might like:
Power: Dream Demon
Pull survivors into the Dream World
-Survivors who are awake do not see The Nightmare.
-Once targeted by The Nightmare’s power, survivors enter the Dream Transition for 7 seconds.
-The Nightmare’s Movement Speed Penalty for putting a survivor into the Dream Transition lasts for 1 second.
-During the Dream Transition Survivors can see The Nightmare intermittently and they suffer from the Incapacitated status effect.
-When the Dream Transition Lapse, the Survivor is pulled into the Dream World.
Once in the Dream World:
-Survivor’s auras are revealed to The Nightmare when they are outside of his terror radius.
-Survivors suffer an action speed penalty of 40%.
-To exit the Dream World, Survivors can find non-sleeping Survivors to perform a wake up action.
-Failed Skill Checks can also wake up.
-Hooked Survivors wake up.
Special Ability: Dream Projection
-Teleport to a Generator in view. Releasing the button early will cancel the action.
-Survivors cannot interact with the targeted Generator.

We just need old Freddy with the teleport and some QOL fixes (For example incapacitated status effect on survivors in the transition idea by @GeneralV)

Just posted something similar kn the other thread.
i would personally leave survivors falling asleep after some time in and also let alarm clocks stay. Failed skillchecks from selfhealing i would remove as a possibility to wake up.

Well, I've always hated the Alarm Clocks and the passively sleep, so they are something I definitely wouldn't keep.
But actually, I thought about removing the possibility of waking up through healing skill checks before, just like you. It was part of my first concept, but I eventually decided against it since, from what I know about current DBD, Self-Care has already fallen from grace.

Make the action speed penalty 20% basekit and 40% with green to purple add-ons, keep the new alarm clock mechanic with a twist that the immune to sleep only applying to passive sleep and not being pulled in by Freddy, and keeping dream snares and dream pallets and I think we got a really cool killer.

To be honest, I disagree a bit.
Alarm Clocks are a "no" for me.
The action speed can be stronger than 20% since all it takes is a Skill Check and it is gone.
Dream Snares are also a "no".
But Dream Pallets...I thought about keeping them with an add-on. I think it would be nice.

This. Freddy has always been my favourite movie killer, and just playing him fills me with joy no matter what people say about his power..... That being said if they would do what you said... I'd be so grateful

I mean passive sleep gets faster with each time you are awaken so I mean maybe make it where if you fail a skill check I. The dream world the gen regress an extra 10% to 15% to compensate for the new alarm clock mechanic, I guess your right about the second one, thats what I meant because I really like the dream pallets and snares are cool as well so maybe through add ons.
