[Twins] Victor stuck in Charlotte

Step 1: While playing Twins, I released Victor.
Step 2: Survivor smashed him and I immediately tried to move.
Step 3: It felt like Victor “stuck” in front of me after power recharged
Then I couldn't grab / be stunned / destroy pallets and gens / search the lockers / use my power. I could only M1.
