Grid on all characters faces/bodies

On Xbox series x and I’m assuming series s as well there is a grid on all characters, killer and survivor. It goes over their face and some skins it also goes over their body. This has been in the game for about 2 months now.

I've noticed this on the series x as well. Only when in game. I don't see it in lobby
