Balancing of experience given by the emblem quality

When a trial ends, each player receives experience points calculated as follows:
1) the largest share depends on the duration of the game;
2) an almost invisible bonus depends on the best emblem achieved;
3) a daily bonus is triggered for the first game played for each role.

Nothing to say on the first and third addendum, but the bonus linked to the emblem should be much more substantial, to incentivize significantly to a quality playstyle. For example, I would attribute:
A) 25 experience points for bronze;
B) 50 experience points for silver;
C) 75 experience points for gold;
D) 100 experience points for iridescent.
Obviously, I do not speak of cumulative bonuses: the game should calculate the prevalent (or average) emblem quality among the four and assign the corresponding bonus.

    When they introduced that system, the devs said they didnt want to make the player lvl depending on your performanec ingame.

    @Master I talk about extra bonuses: no one should be deprived of the usual XP.
