The Cannibal - Cooldowns

The Cannibal has bugged cooldowns since TWINS DLC. Almost 1 year since this bug and still they didn't fix that...
He should have 1.50s cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack, but now this cooldown is like missed attack...
You can compare Bubba's cooldowns now and before TWINS DLC (or compare vege oil cooldown now with before for example on Otz Video with this addon)
And still meme addon Carburetor Tunning Guide (god addon to make burgerking bubba) is still bugged. You are slower than survivor (should be -4,35%/4%)...
Please, fix that! Christmas Time soon! Give some love to Bubba...
