Review your patching process

Hi,

I'd strongly recommend that you consider reviewing your patching process, because it's absolutely all over the place.

You develop awesome content, you promote it, we get excited. You roll it out onto the PTB, footage of it working gets streamed and uploaded onto Youtube.

Then patch day rolls around and *without fail* the game is unplayable.

Are there steps missing in testing? Is it a funding issue? Why do you have it in a working state on test and then when it's pushed to live, everything breaks? Servers down, connection issues, infinite loading screens, missing currency, save game errors...

It's a real shame because the game itself is quality and clearly there are a lot of people who enjoy it a lot - that doesn't happen with awful games. Unfortunately, the rollout process is massively letting it down, and this is something you just don't see with other games that have regular updates. Sure, they have bugs, but not to this extent, and usually not ones that totally pull the rug out from under the entire game.

So please - have a think about how the release process can be improved.

Many thanks!
