What would you guys think about removing bloodlust 2 and 3 but making you get bloodlust 1 quicker
in order to counter holding W and to remove the unfairness of bloodlust 3

The issue of holding w at least in my case is the fact that it take too long for a chase to innitiate therefore making bloodlust useless.

This pretty much. Playing both sides made me realize how easy it is to prevent a chase mechanic from starting. As long as you can prevent that from starting you can pretty much drag this killer across the whole map. Then there's problematic maps like Haddonfield where there's a ton of line of sight blockers that just negates chase mechanics all together.
Playing as a killer it's frustrating chasing a Survivor directly in front of you but chase won't start until you actually get into a certain distance. So either they somehow make chase initiate faster or they make maps smaller.

I don’t have a strong opinion on this one either way.
On a related note though I wouldn’t mind seeing Beast of Prey be revamped to, instead of giving the relatively worthless Bloodpoint bonus, have it shorten the time between Bloodlust level increases by, say, 2/3/4 seconds. (So instead of 15 seconds per Bloodlust level it became 13/12/11 seconds). I’m just using placeholder numbers but whatever bonus would be reasonably good without being overpowered. That might make an otherwise underused perk maybe a bit more attractive.

There's a easy fix to all this......
1. Make Maps smaller. By making the maps smaller the killer will not be wasting as much "travel time" getting to the other side of the map where the survivors spawn.
2. Out of Chase speed boost. When not in a chase all killers have a increased speed allowing them to move across the maps quicker allowing them to keep map pressure up. It doesn't have to be anything major. Once you get into a chase you move back down to the killers normal movement speed. Once chase is lost it will take 10 secs for OOC speed to come back.

I'd rather balance maps & powers so that any form of bloodust isn't needed. Besides, holding W happens either long before you get a chance for a hit or right after which are both scenarios that don't have anything to do with bloodlust that is tied to looping.
Balance the maps and get rid of it almost completely. Keep only bloodlust 3 but make it activate after 3 minutes under same conditions just to evade some silly RNG situation that creates an infinite by accident.

The problem with 2 is that killers will just do the Legion + Old Nemesis perk tactic. They will look down for as much as they can to avoid getting into chase.
To the OP I personally think it's pointless having bloodlust 2 and 3 now. I think if your getting value out of currently then your not playing killer correctly.
