TWITCH Shirt missing on OG survivors Except Dwight & Meg

Hello,

I received the twitch shirt in 2017 and unlocked those for Meg & Dwight. A few patches ago, it was announced that all the twitch shirts would be available for all the OG characters. Now, the issue here is that these are missing for me, except the Dwight /meg one. I already reached out to the support stream 1 month ago and still have not received any updates.. I opened a second ticket 2 weeks ago, which is still unanswered.. I have no idea what to do now.

    Hey Evy...with the Twitch shirts for the new characters they're not unlocked automatically - our team is going through the people who've previously had the shirts and unlocking them for them but it might take some time to go through everyone. Also, our Support team are inundated with tickets right now and there is some delay in answering I'm afraid.
