Is anyone else on xbox having infinite loading screens? Progress bar won't go past a certain point?

I've been trying for the past 2 hours and in every single game, I never load it, be it on killer, survivor, or kyf. The progress bar goes up MINIMUM of 2% before just stopping and freezing entirely, while the game just goes on for others. I need HELP.
