-Description: If you make a change to your gameusersettings.ini file and mark it as read only before launching, the game ignores your settings under [ScalabilityGroups] such as "sg.ResolutionQuality" and runs the "default" minimum setting from the pak files.
-Steps to reproduce: Make a change to your gameusersettings.ini file under [ScalabilityGroups] and mark it as read only before launching. Preferably an edit to improve FPS. Your choices will be ignored on game launch even though they cannot be overwritten.
If this was an attempt to fix stretched res, nobody uses the "maintainaspectratio" config edit anymore, you just change your desktop resolution. There should be no reason to remove an UE accessibility feature that's been there to help lower end pcs for the past 5 years, and you can still run stretch res without touching the game files. I can't think of any other reason this has been changed, so hopefully it is just a bug.
