Let us opt in or out of shorter lobby wait times

What I want is the title. I want to be able to opt in or out of shorter lobby wait times. With how the matchmaking is set up, which I'm sure we're all aware of, is that if someone's left waiting for a match, then they may get sent into a match that isn't right for their skill level. People who are inexperienced are being put in lobbies for folks that play the game every chance they can get and vice versa with this SBMM system.
My suggestion is to allow us to choose if we want to wait for a match that'll let us be with our skill level or let us be in quicker queues and having the skill level be unbalanced. I figure it'd be a good way to give players the choice of a quick lobby or not.
