What's your opinion on Wraith + Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance + PGTW?
I've never seen a cheaper combo on my life.
Absolutely stalling the game with no effort. Explosion from the other side of the map? No problem, I'll be there in no time.
I just wish I had a better looping team so this thing would proc less.
What's your opinion on this? Have you had similar experiences?

You said it right there in your last sentence. Your teammates don't loop as well as you like. Wraith shines easily when survivors are not decent loopers. If they are, he's SOL, as he is one of THE WORST chasers in game. It's not the perks, it's your luck.

It shouldn't work cause the generator starts regressing after the hook.
Survivors just instantly start repairing the generator again despite the fact that they should know their location was revealed.
If you just leave then they will arive at a regressing gen with no survivor near and no gen to kick.
This combo works purelly cause of survivors

It works good with deadlock and pop in my opinion

I'm still not convinced that Deadlock and Pop go well together. Deadlock stifled my Pop far too many times in the short experience I had with it for me to feel comfortable using the two together.

Wraith? No. He gets rocked by CoH and Overcome probably more than any other killer.
He's committed heavily into regression, and will thus be able to stall out a game somewhat but will lack a lot of offense. Just loop him while everyone else does gens.

Base wraith loses 2.3 seconds to overcome compared to without it. Just cloak and zoom after them
Outside of instadown killers he's the least effected of Overcome. It's so overrated it's not funny anymore

It's not about distance - it's about how long for them to get to a safe loop.

And the base on hit speed is more then enough for that.
You are not going to be able to make it much further with overcome then without against a wraith.
