I bought the disc but now my disc doesn’t work.

So I bought the Nightmare Edition when it came out and I’ve really only ever played DeadByDaylight since then so my game disc has rarely ever left my PS4. The Nightmare Edition comes with the Stranger Things DLC and some others. But since my disc has seemed to stop working from one teeny tiny scratch, when I redownloaded the game (I formatted my ps4) I had to buy the digital version because my disc wouldn’t download the game. With the digital version, the DLC is not included. Now I have their perks unlocked and maxed, but Adam Francis and Kate Denson are now grayed out and Steve and Nancy are gone. (I know about the licensing thing so I know they’re removed from stores.) but basically, I’ve restored licenses, de/reactivated my PS4 as primary, and went to the store to try to redownload but it also just says “Purchased” and in the settings when I go to the game to view all add-ons, the arrow pointing down is grayed out. Am I never going to get them back? I mean I have their perks unlocked so it’s not the end of the world but I have purchased all of Steves outfits and some of Adam’s and I’ll be really upset if I can’t use them again. I’ll also be upset because I bought the digital game thinking that I can just restore downloads and the licenses but it doesn’t seem to be working.
