Intentional chance nerf on good perks?
I just wonder why garbage perks always appear often than a good ones? Why i cant get chilli or some Ruin for 250- 300 levels every fn time? Looks like devs went for another ######### idea of "getting game balance" by their own way...

Simple matter of quantity. If you have all teachables unlocked, there’s a hefty chance you get a ‘bad’ perk before you find what you’re looking for.

I have only a small percentage of perks unlocked, and I still get a lot of garbage ones before I see the ones I want. Bloodweb grind SERIOUSLY needs some adjustments.

I also noticed, that when i even got the needed yellow perk like chilli, i need to roll like 30-50 webs for green, but when i train yellow garbage perk the green one and the purple appearing in the next webs, i've rolled green DS on my surv like for 50+ webs
