Family share issue with an old banned account.

Hello! I'd like to ask here since I can't get a reply from a non-automated responder on behaviour's support section.

This was my original ticket:

Hello! My name's xxxxx and I'm from xxxxx, my issue is that I was banned 3 years ago for hacking (I'll always regret that decision) on my main steam account, now I'm not here to appeal the ban or something similar since I was clearly guilty. I just want to get back into the game so I wanted to ask some questions to clarify what can and can't do since I don't want to experience another ban (not hacking, that's for sure).

First of all, soon after the ban I bought the game again on another steam account and got the halloween DLC, is this allowed or should I abandon the idea of playing again?

Second, today I wanted to get back into the game and get all DLC's so I installed DBD again and got in on my 2nd account, the issue is that by default I was family sharing my steam library from my main account and saw that I had a lot of DLC's already unlocked which was really weird at first until I knew why it was happening. My question here is, will I get banned for using DLCs bought on my main (banned) account or should I buy them all over again? This is not an issue for me but if you could clarify this it would be really helpful.

IF for some reason I CANT use my main account dlc's that means I should expect another ban for my 2nd account since I logged in using (unknowingly) family share?

Thanks for reading and hopelly I'll get an answer so I could know if I can get back in to the game once again and respecting behaviour's terms.

We've checked the details, and you were banned for using third party software, or exploiting errors in our system which violates the game's EULA. The name and nature of this software/exploit will not be shared with you, nor will the ban be lifted.

Now since I was clearly answered by an automated system (or someone who didn't even bother to read) I just trying to figure out if I can or can't continue playing this game or should I expect to be banned again and if for some reason I CAN keep playing then I'd like to know if I can family share my old dlc's from my main account or if I should turn off family share everytime I play DbD.
