how do you get that new mask charm?

the one that looks like that one japanese theater mask, i forget what the word is, with the red rope. i saw it on a few killer's hooks but can't seem to find any info on it. is there a code to unlock it?

That's a charm that was issued in error to players on Epic Game Store, it will be removed shortly.

Because its probably for a new Tome reward or something like that. Now they do give out items sometimes but if its given in error then they will take it back
