The DBD freebies aren't on there yet, rumour says the 10th of December, it will just be a code to put in the DBD store to claim your goods.

I claimed the freebie today, but they are not showing up in game. Anyone else?

You get given a code when you claim the freebie, and then you use that code in the in-game store, like a bloodpoints or charm code.

You put in the code into the in-game store but didn’t get anything?

I was not given a code. I clicked on claim just like with every other prime gaming content.
First I clicked this.
Then it took me here and I clicked claim again. No code was given.

I do see where it tells me to put in the code, but there wasn't one. Super weird.

FOUND THE CODE. i'm blind.

Just got mine. Simply log in prime gaming, go to DBD and claim code.
I copied into the DBD Shop Code (Steam) and it worked.
Maybe i will try PS4 the next month.

Yeah I tried my code on xbox and it days invalid.
@MandyTalk is this an issue our is there something we're missing

Never mind figured it out!
WHOEVER IS STRUGGLING WITH THE CODE:
-make sure you're using the right lower and uppercase
-make sure you have put in the - where the code has them
-the actual code the site gives you doesnt show fully up in the bar. (Best thing is copy the copy into somewhere else like a notepad on your device, you will see extra letters hidden when you was looking on the site.
Hope this helps everyone.

Copy and Paste it in an app like Notepad, then use the copy you pasted because you won't see the full code on certain phone apps just what they can put in the box. My code had 36 digits including dashes. How many you put in to redeem see.
