Jolt shouldn't trigger only on M1 attacks
BHVR why do you punish killer for using well a power? Perks like jolt only makes a waste for killer's that M2 attacks rewards players very good. That shouldn't even be a case. Besides status effects like mangled etc except exposed should also be triggered by M2 attacks. Make perks like jolit to trigger with M2 as well.

If blood favor and third seal can surge has no excuse

Jolt

Now that Jolt is a common perk, I think its functionality should be broadened to include M2 attacks. Heck, I'd be alright with just any down, if someone's silly enough to let their Deep Wound timer run out or something.
It's very nearly a really good perk, I'd love to see that small buff to let it be a staple in my killer builds.

Yes please.
Edit: No, the exposed status effect is fine as it is.

Drop the M1 requirement, drop the cooldown.

The cooldown shouldn't even be a thing, makes no sense since it only triggers when downing survivors

I've been told that it would be too OP on strong killers, but I don't buy that. It always felt to me like they were talking some Magical Christmasland scenarios where all your dreams come true.

agreed.

Cruel Confinement or whatever it's called now was actually nerfed when going live because they feared Doctor using it. This forums also complained about LB and how it's absolutely broken if you dedicate two perk slots to it.
People care about extreme scenarios to justify sweeping changes. It's how this forums work, and unless they start getting ignored, we will always have overtuned perks.

If survs are going down that fast, gen regression is the least of their worries.

It would be kinda OP, if it worked for M2 and no CD.
Slugging builds would be really strong with that.
Well, I am not sure really OP, but it would be possible to balance with with lower %.
Problem is that 0 CD is not really that big buff, because you would lose information part from that perk, right now you know if it was used or not, because of CD. So I would keep CD, but maybe lower it to 20s.

Disagree that it would be OP. If you can down multiple people that fast, you would already be in an advantageous enough position to be able to win anyways. In that position, it would just be win more.
Also, I don't understand what you are talking about with CD. You'd know if it was used if you hear a gen explode, hear someone on a gen scream, or see a gen start to regress. Drop the CD, drop the M1 requirement.

Survivors don't scream with Jolt...
and you don't hear it if that gen is inside building etc
That CD is really good that it works as notification. It could be replaced wtih something else to show when it is triggered tho.

My bad, I was confusing Jolt with the new Scourge Hook perk for screaming.
That CD is really bad because it punishes a Killer for killing someone slightly too quickly while not having enough of a reward. If notification is an issue, there are easy ways to do it without needing the CD. Give a minor score bonus for each gen affected by Jolt, for example.
