The Necromancer Killer
“I was walking with a fog traveler, quietly making sure that we was going unheard. It was a calm night where the moon was the brightest, showing us our way through this realm. Then, suddenly, I heard something. It sounded like a animal, a creature waiting to pounce us. I quickly hid behind a wall as I was so brutally taught to and held my breath. My partner was left behind, just to stare at a half human, half creature monstrosity. I decided that it was best to look away and hope for the best.” -Unknown (Potentially Benedict Baker)

The Necromancer’s Power: Dark Magic
Years of performing magic tricks and with the aid of the Entity’s dark magic allowed you to transform one's physical appearance. You can transform survivors into goats, limiting their capabilities and cause disruption between other survivors. Charge your weapon and release a dark magic cloud in the direction that you are facing. Instantly goatify survivors who are hit by the dark magic cloud’s area of effect and transform them into a goat.
Goatified Survivors
Take on the physical appearance of a goat.
Goatified survivors cannot interact with anything besides vaulting windows, vaulting pallets, and jumping in the hatch.
Goatified survivors suffer from the exposed status effect.
Goatified survivors gain a 15% haste status effect.
Survivors will see the auras of glass orbs in the trial.
Goatified survivors must break 5 randomly placed glass orbs around the trial to transform back to their original form (Add-ons can increase the number of orbs required).
You can only goatify one survivor at a time, hitting two survivors with the dark magic cloud will affect the closest survivor in proximity to the cloud. You can only have one goatify survivor in the trial at a time (Add-ons can increase how many survivors can be goatified at a time).
Your corrupted staff can also trap chests, lockers, generators, totems, exit gate switches, and hooks by successfully corrupting the selected object with a dark magic cloud. The next time a survivor interacts with the corrupted object, it will release a bright light that blinds all survivors in its proximity for 5 seconds. Blinded survivors cannot interact with anything for the duration of the blind and suffer from the blindness status effect for 60 seconds. Only 3 objects can be trapped at a time (Add-ons can increase how many objects can be trapped at a time).
Perks: The Necromancer
Card Trick: You can read your Prey's next trick in their book. When a survivor is reading your aura or is attempting to read your aura, their aura is also revealed to you. Once the survivor stops reading your aura, you'll continue to read their aura for 3/4/5 seconds. Your aura cannot be read for a maximum range of 20/22/24 meters for every survivor alive in the trial.
Trick or Treat: You want what you deserve and you are will to take the risk for it. When performing the hook action, a random survivor will suffer from the exposed status effect for 60 seconds. The exposed survivor and a random survivor will reveal their auras to you for 3/4/5 seconds if they are closer than 24/32/40 meters from the hooked survivor. This perk has a 60 second cool down after hooking a survivor.
Hex (Exploding Surprise): You have a hex on the fear of the unknown. Whenever a survivor cleanses a dull totem or a hex totem, there is a 100% chance that the totem will explode and put the survivor into dying state. Once this hex is destroyed, all survivors will gain a 25% repair speed increase for 60/50/40 seconds.

How would Card Trick work with Kindred? It would be pretty unfair to get free BBQ because somebody brought Kindred 3

Then I'd say that I have to agree with alivebydeadlight with how situational it is. Only Kindred, Alert, Dark Sense, the killer key stone, and Rancor will allow this to work (it already happens with Object of Obsession, so I felt it was meaningless to mention), so that's 4 of the 107 perks in the game, and only 1 add-on. I understand that sometimes it's nice to have this situational stuff, but unless the situation actually arises, a perk slot is wasted, like with Calm Spirit.

However, I'll buff this perk to give more value to the killer and provide a secondary effect. I will highlight these new changes in italics and bold.0 -
You have a really bad sense of what is balanced in this game. Trick or Treat is just an unbalanced Make Your Choice. The hex is complete bullshit. Perks shouldn't injure players. Ever. Much less randomly put them in the dying state. If you want to kill survivors then it's your job as the killer to hunt them down and kill them.
Card Trick is stupid. Either it's a wasted perk slot or it unfairly counters survivor builds. It's like a messed up killer version of Sole Survivor. We all know how popular that perk is. The killer ability is just a knock off of Rose from Garden Warfare 2.
