Hours played & Matchmaking

Hey guys!

Quick question here, do you think the hours of experience should be taken into account for the lobbies?

I'm an average player, I have a little more than 800hrs into the game but these last few days I'm being matched with people that are quite new (I'm talking about less than 50 hours in general, some I couldn't check their profiles). I know having more hours doesn't mean you are a better player, I have my noob moment quite often, but I'm getting teammates that are still not over the "OMG!!1! HEARTBEAT!! HE'S HERE!! MUST HIDE!!" thing from the first games & killers that run around the map and commit to chases like there's no tomorrow while gens pop up. Not to mention the number of first hook deaths because survs are too scared to get near the hooks even if the killer is chasing someone else & DCs on the first down :/

Maybe it's just because of all the new players from the Epic Games store deal and the way the MMR thing works (I'm not even gonna pretend I understand it lol).

Anyways, my questions. Do you think there should be at least a couple of separate pools of players according to how many hours they've been playing?

No, people make new accounts all the time and their rating needs to be adjusted up or down based on their kills and escapes. If all new accounts were just locked into a new player pool then you'd have a situation where 1) there wouldn't be a large pool for the new players to play against, so their queue times could be poor; and 2) they'd be stuck among veteran people who made new accounts for whatever reason. At least by allowing them to lose or win naturally they'll get to the section of the ratings they need to be at hopefully relatively quickly.

1.4 k hours I don't sweat, and a lot of the time just throw and meme. If I was forced to play with sweats just because I like the game, I would probably just quite tbh
