Can you change graphics to "Low" preset without changing screen resolution?

I've been looking around the settings for DBD trying to get a framerate of about 100-120 fps, and I noticed that if you set the graphics preset to anything under High, the screen resolution changes, and moving the scaled resolution slider thing back to 100% does not increase it back to 1440p, which is the resolution of my monitor. I'm wondering if there is a way in maybe the config file or something to change all graphics settings to Low, except this time without changing the screen resolution from 1440p. To be clear, when it's on low, I don't know what the exact resolution is, and 1440p is too high, but I would like for it to stay at 1440p 100% so I could then use the slider and take it down to about 80~90%. I know it's a sort of niche issue, but if anyone has any ideas please lmk, thanks.

Edit: I guess to rephrase the question, I was to use the Low preset for all other graphical settings without changing the range of the resolution slider. On the High or Ultra preset, the resolution is at 1440p when the slider is at 100%, but it's much lower than 1440p (probably like 720p) when on the Low preset even when the slider is at 100%.
