Anyone else has problems buying perks from the shrine?

I get a message "transaction cannot be completed

    Yes. I tried to buy leader off the shrine for the blood points, and it said it couldn't complete the transaction.

    No problem this morning on PS4.

    Picked up Vigil. I've wanted to try it for a while, but not enough to spend a load of BPs in Golumn.

    Vigil was so good before the exhaustion nerf. I hardly see anyone use it now. I hope it gets buffed in some different way in future.

    I have no idea whether I'll end up using it much. But will try a few different things with Vigil III and see what I think. 20% boost isn't bad, but whether it's worth a perk slot... people say no, but I'll see for myself.

    I've been having nothing but issues trying to buy Leader from the Shrine of Secrets. Apparently every other perk on the Shrine is okay, but that's the cursed perk that is refusing to be bought right now.

    Eh, at the very least, you can always run the Bard build: Bond, Leader, Streetwise, and Vigil.

    I've also noticed that the perks helps with madness, so that is pretty good too.

    What's the idea behind that one? Be a support role?

    I'm starting to think about different things like this now. Previously I just liked to blast around the map and work alone. But running Bond during the Blight has given me a new perspective.

    I couldnt buy leader. Tried 4 times and a restart. Clicked fire up to see. Now I have fire up and wont use it.... lol.

    Vigil isn't as bad now that they added in that 15 second perk lingering effect for Leader, Streetwise and Vigil. I still wouldn't say its a good perk but it does make for a few nice gimmick builds you can have fun with.

    Your Dwight should already be at Prestige 3 rep 50! The game is so appalled by your lack of faith it has rejected your claim to his perk!

    Lol I stay away from dwight as It seems to make me not only a target to killers, but teammates tend to avoid the bond user like the plague. They all think im there to troll XD.
