BHVR is testing bots without telling us?
Every single killer game I go into, and I tested multiple killers now for the sake of MMR, The survivors are semi-AFK from the start. They have some movement of sorts, but they aren't really doing anything. for example: I will down them and leave them slugged and let the one person who seems to be a real person farm a bit. So then the bots use unbreakable and heal each other but then just stay afk in place...
######### is going on? If this was one team, I would shake it of as an anomaly... but it has been 4 games in a row now, every time on a different killer. Killers I don't even play which means the MMR is lower, and killers I do play which means the MMR is high.
Is the game secretly dead and they are now adding bots to empty queues? That would be my only explanation at this point.

Someone made a topic on there being bots in this game but it was for new players and I'm not sure how true it is but I'll be pissed if they're capable of making decent A.I but can't fix zombies.

Decent AI is far from the description I gave. Let me tell you about my last match.
At the start of the match I instantly had multiple survivors doing Quick actions. They were all at shack. 1 spam vaulting the window. 1 dropped the pallet and spam vaulting it, While a third just stood by with empty eyes. The one Nea was the only one that looked like a real person. She was also the one person who talked to me in chat after. Thanking me for letting her farm.
It has been similar to that every game so far.

I've been running the backpack of doom build lately on multiple killers. I love finding afk people. big fast deadly terror!

Or it's just dummies who are AFK (either by choice to force their MMR down or they wandered away waiting for a game and it loaded up before they returned) and you were unlucky enough to get that in multiple games.
They're getting healed by the other players because if I'm stuck in a game with an AFK, I'm gonna at least try to farm their bloody husks to get some altruism points before we lose...
If BHVR had bots, I imagine even BHVR could figure out how to get the bots to walk to a generator and start working on it. I know BHVR can be inept but even they could handle that much (... probably).

I somewhat doubt what you're describing is the result of bots- we know exactly what level of quality to expect from bots because this game has them already, in the tutorials, and they're honestly not that bad.
They certainly don't just stand in place, that's probably a human player trying to lower their MMR or something.

I understand, But 3 ppl in 1 team? Multiple games in a row?
Don't get me wrong, it COULD be true. But if that is the case, BHVR seriously needs to look at changing how MMR works. If this many people are abusing the system to get lower... My guess is it is not just bullies, but also people that feel they are not where they belong.

In the now infamous QA stream where they revealed that SBMM is nothing more than kills and escapes, they did say that they are looking into expanding bot usage. The fact that such a mode doesn't exist in almost 6 years is kind of crazy, because it would be a perfect way to practice. The fact that you have to get stomped repeatedly while you play against other people does not make for a quality training tool.

Wait, i had a game today with one AFK teammate.
At the beginning of the match they saved from the hook and repaired a gen. until i saw them hiding in the locker for over a minute, after getting hooked they went AFK.
I don't know what happened afterwards because the killer kicked me out of the match early.
I don't think it's a bot because the player played as Chris and not a default survivor.
Have you noticed what the bots look like?

Claudette and meg 100% bots. Then a mika I am 50/50 on, I killed her kinda fast cause nobody was saving her, so can't really tell. And a Nea which was surely a human.
I only remember the last match. I am old forgive me :)

The bots are better than most of the people in the game though

After watching this video, including a Jake spam vaulting a window... I now believe that my games were filled up with bots for real.
