i can´t add friends on PC

Hi, i recentrly adquire the game, like a 2 friends in PC like me, so im gonna add them but, i cant, in the friends search box, i typed they names and i can see it, but i dont have the "add friend option" i dont know if im explain correctly, but i search for another players and that players show me the option, but with my friends doesnt

enable, but i also tried with the crossplay disabled, both where r from pc

Add them on epic games if you’re doing it through there, I had the same issue.
