Killer MMR - based on kills or score?

Hello.

Is a killer's skill MMR increase/decrease primarily based on the amount of survivor deaths or on the score overall? Perhaps a more specifically put question: if a killer has hooked everyone twice and gained a bunch of other score points, can the MMR still increase even if there are zero deaths?

The main reason for my asking is to best understand how to act as a killer when somebody leaves/purposefully dies/AFKs. But also to get a better understanding what might and might not be appropriate as it pertains to being "friendly" in general (if for instance the killer plays as an ordinary killer does up until the point of the third hook states and potential sacrifices but then chooses to not kill -- which doesn't appear to be explicitly against the rules if it's not griefing/gaining an advantage).

Meaning one could worry one messes up killer statistics and oversight of MMR etc and if enough killers do that it might be misleading and affect balancing in unintended ways etc.

Edit: also meaning that one could worry it causes deranking to let people live and whether that's fair to people you face off next (even if deranking under such - or any? - circumstances doesn't appear to be an offence)

Killer MMR is confirmed to only get adjusted by kills or escapes. Your score or how many hooks you got won’t make a difference in your mmr adjustment.

hatch escapes and DCs are being ignored, so neither increasing nor decreasing your MMR.

i think it was also confirmed that the complete match will be nullified regarding everyone’s score if there was a DCs early on; but not if someone DCs later on.
