We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Dead Hardy Challenge cannot be completed

I'm assuming this is due to the recent changes about how Dead Hard's success is tracked differently:
In Tome 2, Level 1, the challenge Dead Hardy that requires to avoid 1 basic attack by a nearby Killer 1 time does not register. This was tested numerous times (Both by me and several friends) with several survivors against several killers. The challenge simply does not trigger yet.
Same thing with That's Rude that requires Premonition, however to be fair Premonition does not work properly at this time, at all, see https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/294828/pc-perks-not-working-challenges-not-working-secret-steam-achievement-unlocked-by-bug#latest for more details on that.
