Buff the Hillbilly chainsaw.
The sway right out of the get is terrible. Give it a basic stable lurch, followed by increasing sway the more he runs. This thing is a piece of garbage that happens to be tied to a bunch of achievements/quests.

I wasnt around for old Billy. Whats the difference?

Addons were a million times better (faster charge addons)
Less annoying sound effects
Could curve harder (depends which iteration of Billy we are talking)
No overheat mechanic at all
Overall learning Billy is just not worth it anymore. He used to be a fun middle-ground between the normal killers and Nurse where he took a lot of skill but didn't fly through walls and give the player headaches.
Now he is just bad and hard to play.
