Different fun activities for killers

What are some fun activities killers could do in a match other than the main objective?

Example: Right now survivors have multiple options of fun things to do during a match. They can get in a chase with the killer, do bones, boon bones, do gens, plunder chests etc. Those are all fun.

Killer only has one thing to do and thats find survivors and sacrifice them on hooks.

Killers should also have fun, chill things they can do other than chase survivors during a match if they want to.

Some sort of fun mechanic that sticks with the horror theme and has a small effect on gameplay of the other side to make it more interesting.

Survivors can get in a chase, then make a rescue or get rescued and then do something like break a dull totem or open a chest. Those things spice up the gameplay, effect the outcome of the match a little, and stick with the horror theme to some degree. They also provide brief moments of chill time between main objective (escaping).

Killer should be able to do the same. Chase survivor and get them on hook but then do something fun and chill and different that effects the match outcome marginally if they so desire.

I know people will say "but gen speeds prevent that" or "killers dont need more things to do" and thats not what im talking about.

Example: a survivor can choose to cleanse dull totems. It might effect the outcome of the match or it might not, it depends, bit some survivors enjoy doing it because its a break from just being chased or doing gens.

Survivors can plunder chests and many do it just for fun to see whats inside a chest and to do something other than gens or being chased. Its minor gameplay that has a marginal effect on the outcome of the match.

Idk maybe the killer can have some side objective they can choose to do or nor that has a small effect on the match outcome. I feel like hex: pentimento does that to a small degree but still doesnt feel very chill. Youre still juggling a bunch of other things. The sacrifice in time that it equates to still doesn't feel like chill downtime in between chases.

The purple glyph feels more in line with what im thinking. Like its a side objective to find and its fun and chill without sacrificing too much of the match outcome to pursue.
