Still learning the ins and outs of becoming a good killer. Even though I have YET to hear it on a different killer - does the Lullaby perk seem effective on any other particular killers?

Huntress Lullaby ...
Gonna be real with you, it's one of, if not the single worst hex perk in the game.
In case you're confused, Huntress, the killer, is the only one that actually sings her lullaby. It's unique to her, and is not related to the perk.
